At A&G Concrete Pools, we recognize and value the solid skills you’ve developed in excavation so we won’t hire you for that then try to slide you into a different role if it’s not your preference. Instead, we’ll give you the latest tools, equipment and technologies to enable you to safely and effectively perform excavation. You’ll also enjoy flexibility regarding your schedule and how you want your compensation to be arranged (please ask for details).
You’ll operate heavy machinery in digging pools, grading walls, and performing backfill/compaction after gunite has been poured. To qualify, you need experience working with concrete, strong work ethic, ability to work well in teams, good communication skills and a CDL.
